Original 1940 and 1956 dated South African Police Silver Trophy. The trophy bears the SAP Insignia with the inscription “S.A. Police Training Depot Inter-Divisional Revolver Trophy 1940” on the obverse. On the reverse bear the inscription “S.A. Polisiekollege 1956 Vlugtige-jagter” which translates to “S.A. Police College 1956 Fugitive-Hunter” and comes on a black plastic stand. On the bottom of trophy is hallmarked S&S EPNS 4378. Very neat item.
