The Republic of Vietnam National Police (RVNP) was the official national police force of South Vietnam from 1962 to 1975. They worked alongside the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) during the Vietnam War, and were known as Police Nationale de la République du Vietnam or Police Nationale for short in French. In Vietnamese, their official name was Cảnh sát Quốc gia Việt Nam Cộng hòa (CSQG).
