Original Pre World War One Austro-Hungarian Mobilization Cross of 1912-1913, Austrian Parade Mounted.

The Austro-Hungarian Mobilization Cross 1912-1913 (also known as the Erinnerungskreuz 1912/13) was given to those in the Austro-Hungarian Armed Forces who had been called to active duty during the 1912 mobilization due to the First Balkan War and had served for at least four weeks. With the threat of war looming, the empire was compelled to undergo a partial mobilization. After being discharged, soldiers were presented with the cross as a commemoration. The mobilization affected nearly every military unit and resulted in the distribution of approximately one million medals.
