Original Imperial German, Saxony, Friedrich August Medal in Bronze. Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its original war ribbon, the obverse bearing a central wreathed and crown monogram of King Albert I, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FRIEDRICH AUGUST MEDAILLE” situated within oak leaves, unmarked.
